Yonga Teknoloji Mikroelektronik Araştırma Geliştirme Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Yongatek” or “We”) acts as a data controller and provides this privacy notice in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.

Your personal data, such as your name and surname, email address, and telephone number, which you share via the email address on our website, is processed by our business departments to enable Yongatek to (i) contact you regarding the subject of your inquiry, (ii) provide you with our products and services, and (iii) carry out other related tasks for these purposes. Since Yongatek does not control what personal data you may choose to share, we recommend that you avoid sharing personal data you do not wish us to access.

The processing of your personal data is based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and that processing is necessary for data controller to comply with its legal obligations. Your personal data may be shared with relevant judicial authorities only in the event of a legal dispute.
